Salalah: The inaugural conference on the training of second-in-command leaders commenced in the Wilayat of Salalah on Wednesday.

Hosted by the Ministry of Labour in collaboration with the Al Fikr Foundation, the conference will feature speakers and experts from both within and beyond the Sultanate of Oman.
