Kuwait: Today, at the Bayan Palace, Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, the Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait, graciously hosted Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, the Foreign Minister of Oman, during his visit to participate in the 10th round of the Oman-Kuwait Joint Committee.
The assembly was dedicated to the review of the distinguished bilateral relations between the two nations and the exploration of avenues to further enhance them across political, economic, and cultural domains. The discussion encompassed a variety of regional and international issues of mutual concern, with a particular emphasis on the importance of supporting international initiatives aimed at halting Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip and Lebanon. Furthermore, the participants underscored the critical need to mitigate the escalation of conflicts in the region and to advocate for peaceful political resolutions that would restore stability and peace for all.
The assembly was also attended by Sheikh Ahmed Hashil Al Maskari, the Head of the GCC and Regional Neighbourliness Department, Dr. Saleh Amer Al Kharousi, the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the State of Kuwait, and officials from both delegations.
