Knowledge Oman And National University Sign MoU To Empower Students

Muscat: Knowledge Oman (KO), a premier platform for community knowledge sharing, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National University of Science and Technology (NU) to prepare students with vital skills for the future job market.

In a ceremony attended by senior academic personnel and the Knowledge Oman team, Dr. Ali Al Bimani, Vice-Chancellor of the National University of Science and Technology, and Tariq Al Barwani, Founder of Knowledge Oman, formalized this strategic partnership. The agreement aims to connect academic learning with industry needs by offering students practical experiences, insights from the field, and avenues for professional development.

Professor Vallavaraj, Dean of the College of Advanced Technology, stated, “Our commitment is to provide an education that goes beyond traditional learning. Collaborating with Knowledge Oman allows us to present our students with real-world perspectives and practical training, equipping them with the skills necessary for future success. This initiative will enhance our students’ abilities and improve their employability in a dynamic job market.”

Under the terms of the agreement, Knowledge Oman will host a variety of seminars, community engagement projects, and expert-led sessions designed to provide practical experiences that meet current industry requirements.
