Singapore: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik held a meeting with Lawrence Wong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Singapore, at his residence in Singapore.
During the meeting, both leaders discussed ways to strengthen the bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Singapore. They explored opportunities to leverage the economic and developmental expertise of both nations.
In attendance from the Omani side were Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Dr. Hamad Said Al Aufi, Head of the Private Office, Qais Mohammed Al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, and Eng. Salim Nasser Al Aufi, Minister of Energy and Minerals.
Representing Singapore were Dr. Mohamed Maliki Bin Othman, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office (Head of the Mission of Honour), and several Singaporean officials.
The leaders also exchanged views on various matters of mutual interest.
