His Majesty To Visit Kuwait On Monday

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik is scheduled to embark on a state visit to Kuwait on Monday, where he will hold a meeting with Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait.

The Diwan of Royal Court has released a statement confirming the visit, emphasizing the strong and brotherly relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Kuwait. The visit aims to further strengthen these ties and expand cooperation between the two countries.

During the visit, discussions will focus on enhancing existing cooperation in various fields and exploring opportunities to serve the interests and aspirations of the Omani and Kuwaiti peoples. Additionally, the visit will address topics that contribute to the progress of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in light of regional and international developments.

Accompanying His Majesty the Sultan on this important visit will be a distinguished delegation of high-ranking officials, including HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, HH Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham Al Said, Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, Gen. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nuamani, Minister of the Royal Office, Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, Minister of Interior, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Dr. Hamad bin Said Al Aufi, Head of the Private Office, Abdussalam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, Chairman of Oman Investment Authority, Qais bin Mohammed Al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, and Dr. Saleh bin Amir Al Kharousi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the State of Kuwait.
