Sarfait, Dhofar Governorate - Today, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, embarked on a Royal tour of the military units within the Royal Army of Oman (RAO) stationed in Sarfait.
Upon his arrival at the Sarfait Camp, His Majesty the Sultan was greeted by Maj.Gen Mattar Salim Al Balushi, who serves as both the Commander of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO), the 11th Infantry Brigade, and the Northern Frontier Regiment. The Sultan engaged in formal greetings with the officers present at the camp.
Following the formalities, His Majesty the Sultan was briefed on the military units, their equipment, and their national responsibilities.
During his visit, His Majesty the Sultan meticulously observed the supplies at various military sites.
The tour concluded with a ceremonial photo session with the officers from the military sites, after which His Majesty the Supreme Commander departed from the camp.
