Muscat: On Tuesday, the Health Sector’s Recruitment Governance Committee convened a meeting to deliberate on proposed strategies aimed at enhancing Omanisation indicators within the sector.
Furthermore, the committee engaged in a discussion regarding the efficacy of the "Tawteen" (localisation) platform in realizing employment objectives within the sector.
The assembly took place at the Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB), presided over by Dr. Fatima Mohammed Al Ajmi, the Executive President of OMSB and the Chairperson of the Health Sector Recruitment Governance Committee.
During the course of the meeting, the committee sanctioned the announcement of 16 positions for Omani dentists within the public sector.
Additionally, the committee emphasized the importance of establishing a mechanism to facilitate self-employment across various sectors within the health sector.
