The North Al Sharqiyah Governorate's wilayats experienced a surge in visitors at various tourist and archaeological sites during Eid Al-Adha, thanks to the organization of events, activities, and programs.
Ibra saw a significant increase in visitors at the zoo, while Wadi Bani Khalid and Muqal attracted crowds due to their water ponds.
Bidiya also experienced a high influx of tourists, known for its desert and sand activities. The region is renowned for 4-wheel drive and bicycle sport racing competitions, as well as open markets in the center of the wilayat.
Al-Mudhaibi, Al-Qabil, Dima, Al-Taiyin, and Sinaw witnessed organized events during Eid, including horse and camel racing, traditional archery competitions, and the "Eid Joy" event organized by the North Al Sharqiyah Municipality in the seven wilayats of the governorate. Additionally, Eid festivals were held in various public locations, along with competitions for children.
