The Minister of Education, Dr. Madiha bint Ahmed Al Shaibani, paid a visit to various schools in the North Al Batinah Governorate on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
During her visit, Her Excellency first stopped at Halima Al Sadiya School in the Wilayat of Suwaiq. She had a meeting with the school administration to discuss the progress of their work and the key areas of development needed to enhance academic performance.
At Halima Al Saadia School, Her Excellency observed the vocational and technical education classes offered during the academic year. She emphasized the significance of this educational track and its role in providing specialized skills in business administration and information technology, which contribute to enriching the labor market.
Furthermore, Her Excellency visited several classrooms at the school, engaging in discussions with students about their future aspirations, study methods to achieve their goals, and the importance of extracurricular activities for their overall development.
Later, Her Excellency proceeded to Kaab Bin Barsha School in the Wilayat of Saham. At the beginning of her visit, she met with the school principal and assistant principal to discuss the school's progress and the efforts undertaken to improve the students' academic performance.
