Bank Muscat has strategically expanded its network of branches across the Sultanate's Governorates since its establishment in 1982. These branches serve as the main interface for the bank, providing customers with a wide range of banking services and facilities. Hence, the Bank takes great pride in its extensive network of branches, which now totals 178 branches. Out of these, 5 branches are exclusively dedicated to corporate customers, 27 branches cater to Meethaq's Islamic Banking customers, and 5 branches serve institutional customers. Additionally, there are over 850 ATMs and CDMs available at the branches throughout the Sultanate. This allows the Bank to provide its services and facilities even in less populated areas, where mobile ATMs and bus-based Banking Units are deployed to reach as many customers as possible. In order to sustain its growth and success, and maintain its leading position in the Sultanate's Banking industry, the Bank continues to implement new strategies. These include plans for opening more branches and relocating existing ones to distinctive and spacious areas. Bank Muscat, the leading financial services provider in the Sultanate of Oman, recently organized a media visit to its newly inaugurated branch in Al Mouj Street, Muscat. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the media representatives with the services and facilities available to customers at the branches, as well as to highlight the bank's strategy of improving its branch network in terms of design, space, and the range of services offered. During the visit, the media representatives were also given a presentation on the various banking services and facilities provided by the bank. Bank Muscat officials have announced that customers have access to a wide range of services when they visit the bank's branches. These services include opening children's savings accounts, applying for personal financing, home financing, and car financing. Additionally, customers can also apply for various banking cards such as debit, credit, and prepaid cards. To enhance customer experience, most branches have dedicated desks for customers applying for home financing through "Baituna" and "Sayyarati" financing, as well as specialized desks for "Najahi" Business Banking. Furthermore, customers can benefit from over 47 "Asalah" Private Banking centers located throughout the Sultanate.

Bank Muscat is dedicated to continuously improving its Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platforms in order to provide customers with a secure, seamless, and efficient way to conduct their transactions. It is important to note that there are currently over 1.6 million registered customers who are benefiting from the various online services and features offered by the bank. These services include bill payments, local and international money transfers through the "SWIFT" network. Additionally, customers can also utilize the Self-Service banking machines, which consist of over 850 ATMs, CDMs, and multi-use machines located at the bank's branches throughout the Sultanate. These machines allow customers to perform various transactions such as depositing money, creating or resetting PIN codes for debit cards, credit cards, and prepaid cards, as well as linking debit cards to multiple accounts. Furthermore, customers can also use these machines to make credit card payments, deactivate prepaid cards, transfer funds between multiple accounts, request a 12-month account statement, and pay school fees.
