Approved projects include the construction of the first phase of the Jebel Shams tourist waterfront development project in Al Hamra Wilayat. This project is regarded as a quality step toward improving the tourism infrastructure in one of Oman's most popular natural locations.

The committee also approved the project for planning and building internal roads in the Al Qabidhiya region of Bahla Wilayat, with the goal of improving the internal road network and facilitating traffic within residential areas. Another authorized project is the supply and installation of lighting poles at the Izki Commercial Market in Izki Wilayat, which seeks to increase community safety, improve the commercial environment, and encourage local economic activity.
