Muscat: A delegation of students from Omani higher education institutions is participating in the "Chinese Language Bridge" programme, which is organized by the People's Republic of China.
This project is part of continuing attempts to improve cultural and educational links between the Sultanate of Oman and China, as well as to carry out memorandums of understanding in the areas of higher education and student exchange.
The delegation includes 15 male and female students from several Omani universities and colleges. These pupils were chosen based on their academic achievement and expressed interest in Chinese language and culture.
The curriculum intends to increase students' linguistic and cultural skills while deepening their knowledge of Chinese culture through a range of seminars, educational activities, and field trips.
This endeavor is organized in partnership with Oman's Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Muscat, and approved Chinese language education institutions in both nations.
Participation gives students a fantastic opportunity to interact with Chinese culture and help develop bridges of mutual understanding and collaboration between Oman and China's young people.
