The Omani-Bahraini Products Exhibition's second edition was inaugurated in Manama. The opening ceremony of the 4-day event was presided over by Jameel Mohammed Ali Humaidan, Minister of Labour in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Organized by the Omani-Bahraini Friendship Association in collaboration with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the Sultanate of Oman and the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Manama, the exhibition features products from 38 Bahraini and Omani exhibitors, including entrepreneurs, self-employed households, and social security families.
On display are renowned luxury perfumes, Omani incense and frankincense, candles, confectionery items, food products, souvenirs, craft industry products, pottery, and heritage items that reflect the connection with the local environment in both countries.
Sayyid Faisal Hareb Al Busaidi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Kingdom of Bahrain, highlighted the growing and strengthening relations between the two nations in all areas. He emphasized that the Omani-Bahraini Products Exhibition aims to boost cooperation between Oman and Bahrain and reinforce bilateral ties.
Dr. Juma Ahmed Al Kaabi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Sultanate of Oman, noted that the exhibition showcases the collaborative efforts between the two countries. He mentioned that the event supports and nurtures the entrepreneurial sector in alignment with the goals of Bahrain Vision 2030 and Oman Vision 2040.
Fatima Jaffar Al Sairafi, Bahrain’s Minister of Tourism, along with ambassadors from both countries, Rudayna Amer Al Hajri, President of the Omani-Bahraini Friendship Association, officials from relevant ministries in both nations, distinguished guests, and members of the local media, graced the opening of the exhibition.
