Tehran: On Monday, Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, the Foreign Minister, held a meeting in Tehran with Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Affairs Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The discussion focused on the progress of bilateral relations and identified opportunities for strengthening cooperation across various sectors to benefit mutual interests.
Additionally, they addressed several regional and international issues, including the Palestinian situation and the conditions in the Gaza Strip, Lebanon, and Syria.
Both ministers emphasized the significance of initiatives aimed at promoting stability and supporting political efforts to achieve security and peace throughout the region.
The meeting was also attended by Sheikh Ahmed Hashel Al Maskari, Head of the GCC Department at the Foreign Ministry, Ibrahim Ahmed Al Muaini, the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Iran, along with several officials from both delegations.
