Sales Centre Opened For Al Shorouk Neighborhood In Salalah

Salalah: On Monday, an Integrated Services Centre (ISC) was inaugurated within the Wilayat of Salalah, in the Governorate of Dhofar, aimed at facilitating bookings for residential units within the Al Shorouk neighborhood project in the Sahalnout area. This project is a component of the "National Initiative for Integrated Residential Neighborhoods."

The launch ceremony for the ISC program took place under the esteemed patronage of Dr. Khalfan Said Al Shuaili, the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning.

The ISC is designed to offer support and information to all stakeholders, including investors and beneficiaries of the "Government Residential Land Grants System."

This initiative is a testament to the efforts of Al Dhahab Real Estate Services Company, in collaboration with Al Dhahab Construction Foundation, operating under the oversight of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.

During the ceremony, attendees received an overview of the architectural designs and envisioned facilities of the Al Shorouk neighborhood model, as well as the project's implementation phases.

Furthermore, the event marked the signing of partnership agreements with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that will contribute to the development of the project.

The Al Shorouk Residential Neighborhood is the inaugural project of its kind in Salalah.

This development encompasses a variety of residential units, ranging from villas to apartments, alongside service and entertainment centers, and additional amenities. The neighborhood boasts over 558 residential units, all meticulously designed to meet the highest standards. It spans an area of 324,000 square meters, which includes 40,000 square meters dedicated to green spaces.

Additionally, a cooperation agreement was established with Oman Housing Bank (OHB) to facilitate financing for eligible grant recipients and prospective property owners within the Al Shorouk neighborhood. As a key partner in the housing and construction sector, OHB is instrumental in promoting sustainable economic development across the Sultanate of Oman.
