Muscat: Today, in a formal ceremony, General Sultan Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office, graciously welcomed Ambassador Salaheldin Elhag M. Elkando, the representative of the Republic of Sudan to the Sultanate of Oman, into his office.
The dialogue focused on the ongoing crises in Sudan, as well as the concerted regional and international efforts aimed at their resolution.
Additionally, the discussion encompassed a comprehensive review of various regional and international issues.
The meeting underscored the distinguished and enduring relations between Oman and Sudan.
In parallel, General Sultan Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office, extended his warmest greetings to Ambassador Nabil Hajlaoui, the Ambassador of the French Republic to the Sultanate of Oman, during his visit.
Al Nu’amani expressed his wishes for the ambassador's success in his new role.
During this meeting, the two delegations examined the bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the French Republic, exploring avenues to further enhance these relations and align them with the mutual interests of the two nations.
