Muscat: General Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office and Head of the Office of the Supreme Commander, observed the practical demonstration of the "Full Scale Shield Exercise 2024" at Muscat International Airport today.
This exercise was conducted by military and security agencies in collaboration with Oman Airports Company, with the attendance of government officials and leaders from the military and security sectors.
The demonstration featured a variety of scenarios and complex situations designed to assess the readiness and response capabilities of different sectors. It also evaluated the level of coordination and integration among the involved parties, as well as their ability to unify national efforts in addressing exceptional and emergency situations, ensuring the safety of civil aviation.
