Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has today enacted Royal Decree No. 62/2024, which ratifies an agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Estonia aimed at preventing double taxation and financial evasion. This agreement was signed in Muscat on 27 October 2024.
Article (1) confirms the ratification of the aforementioned agreement as detailed in the attached version of this decree.
Article (2) stipulates that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into effect on the date of its issuance.
