Royal Academy Of Management To Sharpen Skills Of 200 Private Sector Staff

Muscat: The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) has officially opened registration for the national leadership development program starting from Sunday, 21 April.

According to Dr. Fathiya bint Abdullah Al Rashidi, the acting assistant chief of the Royal Academy of Management, the program is specifically designed for middle management employees in the private sector. Its main objective is to enhance the skills of 200 participants, enabling them to take on higher leadership positions.

Dr. Al Rashidi emphasized that the program will not only enhance participants' knowledge, skills, and performance, but also develop their leadership and supervisory abilities. This, in turn, will have a positive impact on the national economy.

The seven-month program consists of four educational units and workshops, among other components.

Dr. Al Rashidi further stated that Omani individuals working in the private sector, as well as entrepreneurs, can register for the program through the Royal Academy of Management's website.
