Royal Academy Of Management Marks Graduation Of Third Cohort

Muscat: The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) celebrated the graduation of the third cohort of the National Programme for Developing Leaders and Future Foresight, a crucial initiative in preparing national leaders for the rapidly evolving global landscape. This program was developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance (Offset) and the Eller Centre at the University of Arizona.

Aligned with Oman Vision 2040, the program focuses on enhancing critical leadership skills among thirty-two middle management officials from various sectors of the state's administrative apparatus.

The graduation of this cohort signifies another milestone in the Academy's dedication to nurturing a future-ready leadership community in Oman, in partnership with the Ministry of Finance and the Eller Centre for Executive Education at the University of Arizona. This comprehensive program aims to cultivate a wide range of leadership capabilities, including systematic institutional thinking, driving innovation, making strategic decisions, and demonstrating agility in leadership.

Dr. Fathiya Abdullah Al Rashdi, Acting Vice President for Programme Affairs, highlighted the program's holistic approach, emphasizing the development of a growth mindset, resilience, and effective communication among participants. The diverse learning modules, enriched by the collaboration with the Eller Centre, aim to equip participants with the latest leadership strategies and insights, supported by mentors and supervisors from the private sector.

RAM has taken its mission of localizing knowledge and expertise to the next level by collaborating with the Eller Centre to create a community of Omani trainers. This innovative initiative aims to transfer state-of-the-art leadership training to national talents, empowering them to lead future cohorts. By doing so, RAM is fostering leadership excellence not only within the region but also on a global scale.
