Muscat: The Parents' Council meeting in Seeb, presided over by His Excellency Ahmed bin Ali Al Shehhi, Wali of Seeb, was dedicated to addressing critical educational matters for the academic year 2024/2025. The council deliberated on strategies to revitalize the Parents' Council for the forthcoming year and examined recent legal developments pertinent to the council's endowment construction.
A primary issue of concern was the escalating problem of student overcrowding in educational institutions, which has emerged as a significant challenge. In response to this, the council resolved to undertake site visits to various educational facilities, under the leadership of the Wali of Seeb and several council members. These visits, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Education in the Muscat Governorate, are aimed at evaluating the situation and devising suitable solutions.
