MUSCAT: The Pakistan School, a symbol of educational excellence and cultural integration within Oman, has embarked on a significant journey towards broadening its commitment to academic achievement.
In a pivotal moment, the Ministry of Housing facilitated a ceremony where the school finalized a lease agreement for a two-acre plot of land, signifying a new phase in its development trajectory.
The formal inauguration was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing, who applauded the Pakistan School administration for its dedication to providing superior education to the local populace. The event took place at the Ministry’s premises and was graced by senior officials, distinguished guests, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Pakistan Schools in Oman, Ameer Hamza.
This plot of land is set to be allocated to the Seeb campus, marking the latest expansion of the Pakistan School network.
This ambitious endeavor, projected to cost Omani Dirhams 5 million, is designed to improve educational facilities and broaden access to students throughout Oman.
The newly acquired property is anticipated to meet international educational standards while maintaining tuition fees that are affordable, a fundamental principle of Pakistan School.
During the occasion, the Chairperson of Pakistan School expressed profound gratitude, stating, “We are deeply appreciative of the Omani government and the Ministry of Housing for their steadfast support. This agreement represents a significant step towards our vision of serving the Pakistani community and other nationalities with exemplary education, ensuring our students are well-prepared for success in the global sphere.”
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing underscored the importance of such partnerships in nurturing robust relations between Oman and Pakistan, especially within the educational domain.
