The Musandam Governor’s Office in Khasab recently finalized a series of agreements with Eshraqa, a prominent organization specializing in social responsibility initiatives. These agreements are geared towards establishing and enhancing various social and developmental projects within the governorate, particularly in the areas of education, health, sports, and social development.

The signing ceremony, held under the patronage of Sayyid Ibrahim Said Al Busaidi, Governor of Musandam, marked a significant step towards the realization of these projects. Mubarak bin Ali Al Rahbi, Head of the Musandam Governor’s Office, emphasized that the primary objective of these agreements is to bolster the education sector in the region. This includes initiatives such as setting up a sports field at a school in Lima, outfitting a multi-purpose hall at Musandam Basic Education School, and providing interactive screens for schools in the Wilayats of Khasab and Madha. Additionally, a mobile electronic display screen will be supplied to enhance educational activities and events at the Education Directorate in Musandam Governorate.

Furthermore, an agreement was reached to enhance the health sector by furnishing 97 multi-purpose medical devices to 6 health units, including Khasab Hospital, Bukha Hospital, Dibba Hospital, Khasab Health Complex, Lima Health Centre, and Kumzar Health Centre. In the social sector, an agreement was signed to support Al Wafa Centre for the Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities in the Wilayat of Khasab.
