Muscat: An individual has been apprehended for showcasing his vehicle in Al Wusta Governorate.
The Royal Oman Police (ROP) reported: "The Al Wusta Governorate Police Command has detained a driver following the circulation of a video on social media that depicted him exhibiting his vehicle, thereby endangering himself and disrupting public order. Legal actions are currently underway against him."
In a separate incident:
More than 25 expatriates have been detained for illegal entry into the Sultanate.
According to a statement released by the ROP: "The Dhofar Governorate Police Command, with assistance from the Special Task Police Unit in Salalah, has arrested 28 individuals of African descent, along with two Asians, for unlawfully entering the country. Legal proceedings are being initiated against them."
