Muscat: On Thursday, the Academy for Strategic and Defense Studies, a department under the Ministry of Defense, formally executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies (NESA), a prestigious institution of the United States of America. This agreement is centered around fostering collaboration in the academic and scientific spheres.
The ceremony occurred amidst a dialogue between Maj. Gen Hamid Ahmed Sakroon, the esteemed Chairman of the Academy for Strategic and Defense Studies, and Dr. Roger Kangas, the Academic Dean of NESA.
The signing ceremony was attended by Brigadier Nasser Abdullah Al Qatabi, the Head of the Academy for Strategic and Defense Studies, and Dr. Roger Kangas, the Academic Dean of NESA.
