Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman is attentively monitoring the situation in the Syrian Arab Republic. It emphasizes the importance of honoring the desires of the Syrian people and ensuring the preservation of Syria’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and unity.
In a statement released by the Foreign Ministry today, Oman urged all involved parties to practice self-restraint, refrain from escalating tensions and violence, and work towards national reconciliation that aligns with the aspirations of the Syrian people for security, stability, development, and prosperity.
