Oman, Philippines Ink MoU To Enhance Health Cooperation

Geneva: The Sultanate of Oman's Ministry of Health and the Republic of the Philippines' Ministry of Health signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in Geneva today to improve health collaboration in line with both countries' shared interests.

The Memorandum of Understanding calls for the sharing of useful information, expertise, and best practices, as well as health technology updates, basic primary care processes, and medical equipment.

The agreement also promotes the exchange of research and study, as well as the development of skills for people working in the health sector.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Dr. Hilal Ali Al Sabti, Minister of Health, and Dr. Teodoro Javier Herbosa, Minister of Health of the Philippines.

The memorandum will broaden the scope of bilateral collaboration in the medical sector, allowing both nations to learn from one another's health policies and healthcare systems.
