Riyadh: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, representing the Sultanate of Oman, is actively participating in the Cityscape Global Exhibition 2024, scheduled to conclude on November 14, 2024, in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This event stands as one of the globe's premier real estate exhibitions, focusing not only on traditional real estate but also on envisioning the future of living.
The exhibition encompasses several stages, attracting creative minds from across the globe. This convergence facilitates connections among individuals, companies, and exhibitors with leading experts in investment, development, design, and innovation.
Representing Oman at this event, the Sultanate is involved in four significant projects: Sultan Haitham City, Al Khuwair Downtown and Waterfront Development Project, Oman Mountain Destination Project, and integrated residential neighborhood projects.
Through its participation in this event, the Sultanate of Oman aims to highlight the investment opportunities present in forthcoming real estate projects, attract foreign capital and investments, and foster partnerships and cooperation with international investors in the realms of real estate, architecture, design, and urban planning.
