Oman Participates In 63rd ICCA Meeting In Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi: The Sultanate of Oman, under the auspices of the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, is presently engaged in the 63rd International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) event, which is being hosted in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The delegation from Oman is led by Azzan Qassim Al Busaidi, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism for Tourism.

This conference serves as a forum that unites pioneers, innovators, and specialists within the tourism industry, with the objective of sharing knowledge and successful strategies for leveraging modern technologies and implementing best practices in sustainability and inclusion. Furthermore, it aims to foster collaborations and professional relationships at local, regional, and international levels.

The participation of Oman in this event is strategically focused on showcasing its capabilities and infrastructure in the realm of conference tourism and business tourism at large. It also seeks to bolster the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism's role in supporting the economy through the development of strategies that aim to enhance the national economy and attract visitors to bolster the local tourism sector and to attract investors for the establishment of significant economic investment projects that promote the tourism sector in various sectors.
