Oman, KSA Explore Means Of Enhancing Industrial Integration

Muscat: Qais Mohammed Al Yousef, the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, welcomed Eng. Khalil Ibrahim Ibn Salamah, the Deputy Minister for Industry Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), today.

The discussion focused on strategies to enhance trade relations and industrial collaboration between Oman and KSA. They also examined ways to streamline export processes and strengthen supply chains.

Additionally, the meeting addressed the challenges faced by exporters in both nations and emphasized the necessity of creating an environment conducive to economic cooperation and strategic integration between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Attendees included Dr. Saleh Said Masn, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion for Commerce and Industry; Ibrahim Saad Bishan, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Oman; Eng. Abdulrahman Al Thukair, CEO of the Saudi Export Development Authority; Eng. Al Badr Fouda, Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Industrial Development of Saudi Arabia; Abdullah Mohammed Al Sadhan, Vice Governor of the Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority for Operations; along with several officials from both countries.
