Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman has set up a fresh maritime pathway linking Shinas Port to Bandar Abbas Port in Iran. This move is strategically designed to increase commerce and tourism exchanges between the two nations.
This project emerged from a collaboration between QSS Maritime (operator of Shinas Port) and World Modern Lights Company. In addition to the maritime service, a new lounge for passengers is under construction at Shinas Port to improve the travel experience for passengers. The newly established route is anticipated to drive economic expansion and open up new prospects for both Oman and Iran.
This advancement marks a crucial step in fortifying diplomatic ties and economic collaboration between the two countries.
