The Environment Authority in Muscat has initiated a project to plant 30,000 mangrove seedlings in Khor Ghawi, located in the Wilayat of Al Jazar.
This initiative aims to improve the ecosystem of the Khor region and help in the absorption of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. The campaign is set to last for 6 days and will involve collaboration between the authority's staff and the local community.
