Ibri: The National Survey and Geospatial Information Authority of the Ministry of Defense organized an awareness event in the Governorate of Al Dhahirah as part of a series of introductory trips.
The event was hosted by Sheikh Najib Ali Al Rowas, the Governor of Al Dhahirah.
The curriculum, which was held at the Al Dhahirah Governor's Office in Ibri, included lectures on the duties and duties of the National Survey and Geospatial Information Authority, as well as the services it offers to various organizations. A related exhibit featuring the authority's efforts was also organized.
Specialized discussion sessions were held on geographical needs, looking at how to improve integration and coordination between the authority and other stakeholders.
Brigadier Nasser Ali Al Harthy, Head of the National Survey and Geospatial Information Authority, attended the occasion with the Walis of Al Dhahirah Governorate, directors general of government departments, representatives from the commercial sector, and members of the governorate's Municipal Council, as well as a number of geospatial data experts.
