Muscat Governorate Officials Discuss Major Development Projects

The Muscat Governor, Sayyid Saud bin Hilal Al Busaidi, organized a significant meeting with the Shura Council members representing the wilayats of Muscat Governorate to shed light on the current and upcoming development projects in Muscat.

Attended by key figures such as Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Humaidi, head of Muscat Municipality, the walis of Muscat Governorate, and various municipality officials, the meeting aimed to unveil and discuss the most crucial development and service projects in the governorate, paving the way for future growth and prosperity.

A detailed overview of the ongoing and upcoming projects in the municipality sector, focusing on infrastructure enhancement, road maintenance, urban development, and investment ventures, was presented. These projects, essential to the governorate’s development budget, were thoroughly discussed, outlining both their current status and future plans.

During an interactive session, Shura Council members raised inquiries and proposed suggestions regarding the governorate's service needs. The Governor and the head of Muscat Municipality provided valuable responses, highlighting the significance of these collaborative discussions in ensuring the successful implementation of impactful projects across the wilayats of the governorate.
