Leadership Training Course Concludes

MUSCAT: The Art of Living Oman, in collaboration with the TLEX Institute of Switzerland, recently concluded a three-day leadership training program at the Hotel InterContinental Muscat on Wednesday.

The esteemed program was conducted by Christoph Glaser, a globally recognized authority, who served as the guest speaker. The attendees of the workshop comprised a diverse group of local Omani executives and leaders, alongside a significant number of expatriate professionals.

The workshop covered a range of critical topics, including health and happiness, emotional intelligence, business and personal excellence, and meditation and mind management. The program, titled “Self Leadership in an Agile World,” delved into the challenges of navigating today's dynamic environment and the essential skills required for effective leadership under pressure.

With over 25 years of management experience across various organizations, Glaser currently holds the position of CEO at TLEX Europe and is also the managing director at the World Forum for Ethics in Business. His educational background includes a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Humboldt-Viadrina School of Governance in Berlin, where he graduated with honours, and a degree from the Business School Basel.

Glaser is also a certified Leadership Trainer for the World Bank Group’s ‘Greater than Leadership’ program and has led leadership programs in over 50 countries worldwide.

Throughout the duration of the three-day course, Glaser provided extensive insights into the importance of mindfulness in today's era, utilizing breath-based techniques to illustrate its necessity.
