Riyadh: The joint military exercise "Solidarity 1" between Oman and Saudi Arabia commenced on Monday in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
This drill, which is set to continue until December 26, 2024, involves personnel from the Oman Coast Regiment of the 23rd Infantry Brigade of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO).
On the Saudi side, forces from the 2nd Regiment of the 20th Brigade are participating.
Solidarity 1 encompasses the execution of various joint military strategies and field training exercises.
The conduct of this drill aligns with the RAO's training objectives aimed at fostering expertise exchange and strengthening military collaboration between Oman and other Arab and allied nations.
