Muscat: A delegation representing the National Defence College of the Republic of India recently made a visit to the Maritime Security Centre (MSC).
Upon their arrival at the facility, the esteemed guests were warmly welcomed by Commodore Adil Hamoud Al Busaidi, who serves as the Head of the MSC.
Throughout the duration of their visit, the delegation received comprehensive briefings regarding the MSC's pivotal role in upholding maritime security. They were also afforded the opportunity to explore the centre's extensive facilities and examine its most advanced systems and equipment, all of which are instrumental in executing the MSC's national responsibilities.
Additionally, the delegation had the privilege of visiting the Command of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (COSAF). Upon their arrival at the COSAF, they were greeted by Air Commodore Nasser Said Al Saadi, the Assistant SAF Chief of Staff for Training and Joint Drills.
During this engagement, the two parties engaged in discussions on a variety of topics pertinent to training.
Furthermore, the delegation was provided with a detailed briefing on the roles and responsibilities of the COSAF.
