HM The Sultan Issues 3rd Royal Decrees

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has today issued three Royal decrees, which are detailed as follows:

Royal Decree No. (67/2024) pertains to the ratification of the air services agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Republic of Suriname, signed on 23 October 2024 in Kuala Lumpur.

Article (1) confirms the ratification of the aforementioned agreement as per the attached version of this decree.

Article (2) stipulates that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will take effect from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree No. (68/2024) concerns the ratification of the air services agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Republic of Uganda, also signed on 23 October 2024 in Kuala Lumpur.

Article (1) confirms the ratification of the aforementioned agreement as per the attached version of this decree.

Article (2) stipulates that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will take effect from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree No. (69/2024) addresses the ratification of the air services agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Republic of Seychelles, signed on 23 October 2024 in Kuala Lumpur.

Article (1) confirms the ratification of the aforementioned agreement as per the attached version of this decree.

Article (2) stipulates that this decree will be published in the Official Gazette and will take effect from the date of its issuance.
