Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik will be praying Eid al-Adha prayers in the Sultan Qaboos Mosque in the Wilayat of Nizwa, Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in 1446 AH.
According to a statement from the Diwan of Royal Court, His Majesty would be joined in prayer by a renowned group that includes Their Highnesses, members of the Royal Family and Al Busaid family, Their Excellencies the Ministers and Advisors, commanders of the Sultan's Armed Forces, the Royal Oman Police, and other security agencies. Also attending will be members of the State Council and Shura Council from Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, Their Excellencies the Undersecretaries and Walis, as well as a sizable number of sheikhs, dignitaries, and people.
On this important event, the Diwan of Royal Court conveyed its heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty the Sultan. It offered sincere prayers for continued goodness, blessings, and happiness for His Majesty, all Omani citizens and residents, and Muslims throughout the world. The statement ended with prayers for His Majesty's safety, health, and well-being, as well as for the nation to be blessed with joyful events, wishing everyone a happy and successful Eid Al Adha.
The Diwan of Royal Court stated:
"May God protect His Majesty the Sultan, grant him health and wellbeing, and continue to bless him and our country with joyful occasions. "
"May everyone have a joyful and rich Eid Al Adha. "
