Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, received a congratulatory message from His Highness Sayyid Shihab bin TariK Al Said, the Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, in celebration of Sultan's Armed Forces Day, observed annually on December 11th.
