His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander—may God protect and preserve him—has generously granted a special royal pardon to a group of prison inmates convicted in a variety of cases.
According to a reliable source within the Royal Oman Police, the total number of detainees honored with the royal pardon is 645, including both nationals and foreigners.
The Supreme Commander's decision coincides with Eid al-Adha 1446 AH and takes into consideration the situations of their relatives.
