Delegated by His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik, His Highness Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, received His Excellency Suwat Kaewsook, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand accredited to the Sultanate of Oman, in his office at Murtafi'ah Camp today. The purpose of the meeting was to bid farewell to the Ambassador on the occasion of the conclusion of his duties as the ambassador of Thailand to Oman.
During the meeting, His Highness expressed his gratitude to the Ambassador for his efforts in strengthening the bilateral relations between Oman and Thailand. He also extended his best wishes for the Ambassador's future endeavors.
In response, the Ambassador commended the strong relations between the two countries and expressed his pride and appreciation for the cooperation he experienced during his tenure in Oman.
