Brussels: On Wednesday, HH Sayyid Asa’ad bin Tarik Al Said, serving as the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, convened a meeting with Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Greece.
This gathering took place concurrently with HH Sayyid Asa’ad's attendance at the inaugural GCC-EU Joint Summit.
Furthermore, HH Sayyid Asa’ad engaged in separate discussions with Alexander De Croo, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium, and Charles Michel, the President of the European Council.
These discussions focused on the review of bilateral relations and strategies for enhancing cooperation across various sectors. Additionally, the officials shared perspectives on a range of issues of mutual concern.
The agenda for the first GCC-EU Joint Summit was also deliberated upon during these meetings.
The attendance of these meetings was graced by several senior officials from both delegations.
