Muscat: The Fourth Food Security Lab has successfully concluded its endeavors, culminating in the initiation of 41 investment projects across diverse sectors, with a collective value exceeding OMR 45 million. Moreover, 66 investment opportunities were disseminated through digital platforms.
The lab also launched 24 initiatives aimed at facilitating projects within the food security sector, improving logistics services, and the introduction of the "Tharawat" and "Zad" platforms. During the conclusion ceremony, 14 investment agreements, valued at more than OMR 36.8 million, were executed in the fisheries sector.
Additionally, 177 usufruct contracts, encompassing over 13,700 acres across the governorates of Oman, were finalized for agricultural investment projects, with a total value surpassing OMR 32.3 million, as a reflection of the lab's achievements.
