Muscat: The Emir of the State of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, paid a visit to the Sultanate of Oman's pavilion at the Doha International Book Fair. According to the Oman News Agency (ONA), the Sultanate of Oman is the guest of honor at the 33rd edition of the book fair, which will run until May 18 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.
During his visit, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani was provided with an overview of the cultural, intellectual, and historical heritage of Oman showcased in the pavilion. The pavilion features a wide range of the latest books, publications, and rare Omani manuscripts, with the participation of various institutions and authorities responsible for their preservation.
