Muscat: The inaugural session of the "Developing Government Performance" conference commenced on Monday. This two-day event, hosted by the Media Thought Institution in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour, is designed to foster improvements in the work environment within government entities and to stimulate innovation.
The conference's opening ceremony was presided over by Sayyid Salim Musallam Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour for Human Resources Development.
Moreover, this ceremony is part of a broader initiative aimed at enhancing the performance of governmental bodies in the realm of governance and in facilitating the advancement of decision-making processes.
