The Oman News Agency (ONA) has announced that classes in all schools in the North Al Sharqiyah Governorate will be suspended on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, due to the expected rainfall from April 23-25. Instead, students will engage in distance learning on this day.
Classes will resume on Wednesday, April 24th. The decision has been made to prioritize the safety of students and educational staff. As for the other northern governorates, the respective general directors have been granted the authority to assess the weather conditions and make appropriate decisions accordingly.
