Muscat: The Environment Authority (EA) has initiated a campaign aimed at the plantation of 4 million mangrove seeds across the North Al Batinah Governorate and Al Wusta Governorate.
The Environment Authority is set to commence a campaign focused on the planting of 4 million mangrove seeds in Khor Shinas within the North Al Batinah Governorate and Khor Ghawi in Al Wusta Governorate. This initiative is scheduled to span over a period of 14 days.
This campaign is being conducted in alignment with the International Day for the Conservation of the Mangrove Ecosystem and is a component of the national effort to plant 10 million trees.
