Muscat: The 14th Arabization Conference took place on Sunday in Muscat, under the auspices of the title "Employing Scientific and Technical Terminology in Their Specialized Spaces".
The primary objective of this conference is to bolster the industrial sector and the dissemination of a unified terminology and dictionaries, thereby supporting the Arabic language in keeping abreast of contemporary scientific and technical advancements.
The inaugural ceremony of the two-day event was graced by the patronage of Sayyid Said Sultan Al Busaidi, who serves as the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth for Culture.
This conference is coordinated by the GCC Centre for Translation, Arabization, and the Promotion of Arabic, in collaboration with the Arabization Coordination Office of the Arab League Educational, Cultural, and Scientific Organization (ALECSO).
