Ibri: The Second Media Forum of Al Dhahirah Governorate commenced on Sunday, themed "Media of the Future: Impact and Technology."
This three-day event is organized by the Office of Al Dhahirah Governorate.
Najeeb Ali Al Rawas, the Governor of Al Dhahirah and the event's chief guest, delivered a keynote address highlighting the media's vital role in fostering local development within the Governorate.
He emphasized that the media strengthens collaboration between service institutions and the local community, facilitating the establishment of effective communication channels and enhancing community-driven decision-making.
The forum aims to enhance media capabilities and promote media literacy in the Governorate through training sessions led by experts in the media field. It focuses on cultivating innovative media skills to improve overall performance.
